"The Bachelor" Being Sued By Two Black Guys

Christopher Johnson and Nathaniel Claybrooks went on an open casting call in Nashville for the 17th season of the hit show The Bachelor.  They were taken to the side and not called back.  So on Wednesday they're planning a class action suit alleging discrimination.

I don't quite know why they would be surprised.  Especially since for the first 16 seasons, yes 16, the bachelors have all been shamelessly White.  Not only that.  I don't know if they've noticed, but most of television is White except for BET, Centric, and TV One.  I mean come on, even Oprah's network OWN barely caters to Black people and Oprah is Black. (Well at least on the outside.)  And do White people really want to see a Black bachelor?  I doubt it.  Also, don't you guys know that if they do ever cast a black guy, that it'll be a Black guy so White acting that it will be nauseating to watch.  Plus they would probably have mostly White girls on the show anyway.  So why would you even want to be somewhere where you clearly haven't been wanted for 16 seasons?

So to my two homeboys that want to be on one of the Whitest shows on television.  You know darn well why you'll probably lose that lawsuit and definitely won't be the first Black bachelor...

14 year old Lacy Aaron Schmidt Murders Friend, Blames Black Guy

Lacy Aaron Schmidt

Don't know if you heard about this poor kid, but 15 year old Lacy Aaron Schmidt was just found guilty of murdering his friend and neighbor, 14 year old Alana Calahan, in January of 2011.  Alana Calahans family treated him like one of the family, had him over for dinners with the family, bought him Christmas presents, etc etc.

Unfortunately, what they didn't know was that he was being raised by his older sister because he was molested as a baby by his mother, that he was on medication for ADHD and that he had serious anger problems.

So one day, he sneaks into Alana's home while no one is there and is just there hangin out. Alana catches him and tells her family.  They later instruct him to never be in the home without a parent.  After hearing this he leaves quietly.  Well another day rolls around and Alana is home on the computer.  Her sister has just left to pick up their brother at the bus stop.  When she returns ten minutes later, there's a pool of blood near the computer and Lacy Aaron Schmidt runs in and says that a Black man dressed in black murdered her. We later find out that Lacy Aaron Schmidt shot her in the back of the head and drags her dead body into the woods.

So of course the cops show up and find all the evidence to arrest and later convict him of malice murder and felony murder.  He has been sentenced to life without parole plus five years.

Now after watching the trial on court tv.  It's revealed by his older sister and guardian that he has issues and that his whole life whenever he got angry and did something wrong, he would blame a Black guy dressed in black.  So sad that even a 14 year old is conditioned to think of Black people in a negative light.

Now what we'd like to know is...Why is it that when crazy White people commit a heinous crime they blame a Black guy?  I'll tell you why...because in America if a crime is committed,  "It's Because You're Black" that you are an automatic suspect.

Former Railroad Patrolman Shot By Cops 28 Times Gets 40 Years

                                                                        Howard Morgan

Howard Morgan was stopped by the cops while driving in 2005.  By the time they were finished with him, he was shot up 28 times.  During this time, three of the four officers were shot, all survived with non life-threatening wounds.  The police claim that while they were handcuffing him because he was uncooperative, Morgan grabbed an unregistered Glock 9mm handgun and unloaded 17 rounds at them.

The first jury acquitted him in 2007 of aggravated battery and the gun charges, but deadlocked on four attempted murder charges.  He was retried, which he claims is double jeopardy, and convicted of four counts of attempted murder.

During sentencing, he only spoke about his 21 years of work in law enforcement.

Even though it would seem that double jeopardy applies.  In the case of Howard Morgan, 61, it doesn't.

Howard Morgan had the support of his community and even Jesse Jackson wrote a letter to the judge
asking him to "temper justice with mercy".  Unfortunatley none of that helped.

Although we are far from knowing the whole truth in this case.  We can't help but think and say...

Sorry Mr. Morgan, but you do realize the reason we believe this happened to you..."It's Because You're Black!"
